Printhead

Smart tank 515

My hp smart tank 515 purchased before three months

it got a paper jam, i removed the paper but when restarted the printer, the printhead started moving strongly hitting both sides twice then  Showing the error (E3 !) along with red light above the display all are blinking.
Need help please

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the Printhead error.

 

Please try these steps - E3 displays, Ink/Printhead light and Resume light blink

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
