Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Deskjet 2640 printer and need advise on how to print 4x6 recipe cards. Is it possible and if so how do I load index cards into printer and print? Thank You.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue. 

 

HP DeskJet 2640 All-in-One Printer supports printing on a 4 x 6. To know more, refer to the product specifications page

 

Go to Control panel - Devices and Printers - right click on HP Deskjet 2640 and select Printing Preferences. Now, you should be able to set the Paper type and paper size under Paper/Quality tab to these options. You may also refer to this document - HP Printers - Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows)


Once this is done, then you can take the paper out of the paper tray and narrow the paper guides to fit the index cards. For the steps to load cards into the printer, refer to  "Load photo paper and cards" from here
