Can't manage to print an A6 artboard from Illustrator.

it doesn't appear like it should depsite setting the paper size difference to A6 doens't matter what i do.

Also all the settings are locked.

please help

To assist you better, I would like to know the following-

 

What happens when you try to make a photocopy using the A6 paper?

Did you check the driver settings before you send the print job? Refer to the document HP Printers - Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows)  to adjust the settings.

When you mention settings are locked, do you mean you're unable to change them as per your requirements?
