Product: HP Officejet 9015

Hi, I have the HP Officejet 9015 and it states I can print custom sizes. I tired entering size 5.5 x 4.25 which is A2 cardstocj size. Yet the printer doesn’t recognize the size and the cards don’t print out aligned. Can you please help me!
