Product: HP Envy 7640

My printer for some reason stop printing 8x11. The printer only show Main Tray 5x7 in., Plain Paper or Photo Tray 4x6 in., Photo Paper.

Is there a way for me to do a complete factory reset to restore the printer to the correct printing function.

Yes, you can: Go to the setup menu>printer maintenance>restore factory defaults>restore.
