I have bought new ink cartridges twice. Color and black. The printer goes through the motions but always produces blank pages. I have cleaned the ink cartridges. I have went through the trouble shooting and followed all the instructions. I still can't figure out why I can see the ink when I open the access door everywhere that the cartridge has been but not printing on paper. There is ink and it is good. Is there something inside the printer that might be broken or off set? If not the what the heck is my problem?

It was a few weeks ago. I bought new ink and used it a couple times. Then a few days ago I needed to print something and that's when the blank pages started. I have not made any changes. I have followed all the troubleshooting instructions I can find. From the software that came with it to everything on could find online. I will check the link you posted when I get a chance and get back with you.

Ok, I have ran the print and scan doctor. It cannot find any problems. I followed all the steps I was told and it continues to print blank pages. I just put new ink in and it is still doing it. The printer thinks it is working, my ink levels are good. but there is ink inside the door that I open to replace the ink. I would love to get a solution and bea able to use my printer. Thanks

Yes ut does the same thing if I try to copy. It goes through the motions and it looks like it's working but only blank pages come out. Why is the inking all on the inside if the printer? The space underneath the ink carriages on the right, where they go when I open the door, is covered in Ink
