I've tried the printers troubleshooting guide. I've tried the online suggestions, including cleaning cartridges and nozzles. The machine still won't print. Won't print from scan or copy. Pages are totally blank. Printer inks show ok. Printer is heard working. Connected direct to outlet, using Wi-Fi.  

It's not used much, maybe something is dried up and blocked? Don't want to buy new cartridges as display shows inks as ok. No error messages.

HP Recommended

The ink dried, replace cartridges and you will be printing again fine. The main reason is that you didn't use it much and often if you install new inks, and the printer will not be used for a longer period it will happen again.
