I've been lent a printer to assist with working from home. However, it doesn't work.
I send a document - it prints for the right number of lines - but there is no ink - just a completely blank page.
Photocopying - again - no ink. Test page sent from the computer - no problem.... no ink.
However - there is ink....
I've run all the checks - it has genuine cartridges, there is ink, the HP doctor has scanned it. Apparently there is a problem with the printer (!) however, everything about cleaning things, the correct ink... everything is ticked.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled software. Nothing. Please help!
