This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to know how to print from your iPad on HP 3050 printer.

I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

Requirements

Check if iOS 4.2 or later running on the Apple iOS device.

Your printer and the Apple iOS device must be on the same 802.11 wireless network.

AirPrint is not supported with USB- or Ethernet-connected printers.

Set up the wireless connection.

• Connect the Apple iOS device to the printer through a wireless network.
• Disconnect the USB or Ethernet cable.
• Connect the printer to the network.
• On the printer, select the Setup, Network, or Wireless menu, select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your network.

Print from your Apple iPad.

• Open the document, photo, email, or webpage you want to print, and then tap the Action icon   or   to display menu options.
• Tap Print or the Print icon  , depending on the type of file you want to print.
• On the Printer Options menu, tap Select Printer, and then select your printer from the list.
• Select the number of copies you'd like to print, and then tap Print.
