Printing has become very slow

Photosmart b109n-z
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print (wirelessly) initially I get an error message saying my document will not print. Howwever, if I dismiss the message, the printer will print faultlessly, except it is very, very slow. The printer scanns or prints test pages at normal speed. If I connect by USB, and use the alternative printer address, the printer works normally.
