Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Recently replaced ink cartridges in my HP OfficeJet Pro 6968, with HP ink. At first I was unable to print black ink and now after several attempts at cleaning the printer head, it’s saying yellow and blue are low. I haven’t even printed anything besides the test prints and it still isn’t printing black.

Hello, I tried these instructions several times, but the black ink still isn’t working. These were new HP cartridges. Now two of the colors are saying they are low and I’ve only printed the printer head cleaning page.

Does this happen while copying too? If you insert your old ink cartridges, do you get the error message?
