Printing issues with Officejet Pro 7740

Officejet Pro 7740 (product no. G5J38A)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer will not print anything from my laptop or my mobile phone (both via WiFi).  It will not print the "Web Access Test Report," "Network Configuration Page," "Fax Report" or "Event Log" from the screen on the printer.  It will not make a copy of anything.  It will not scan to my computer.  In all the above cases the printer just continues to spool.  It doesn't give any error messages except in the last case, where it eventually says that the scan "cannot be completed," ect.

However, it will successfully print-out the "Print Quality Diagnostics Page," "Printer Status Report" and the test page after the print-heads are cleaned.  It will successfully scan a document to a flash-drive in the walkup USB port.

I have tried "Restore Settings," "Restore Factory Defaults" and have turned the printer off many times.  It has all current updates.
