Product: Officejet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Prints fine on regular paper, but print is out of alignment when printing on cardstock, i.e. only 1/2 or 1/3 of the page gets printed.  I did a factory reset and my first few pages came out okay, but after that the same problem arose.

Did you set the paper type to Plain Paper, Thick
