I can not find anywhere how to change from Monochrome to color.  Normally it's been in printing preferences and not finding it.  Also, when I'm in my document it usually will allow me to change the preferences of mono or color under advanced, it's not allowing that when I am printing a picture. I've spent hours looking.  Please help!

Also, is there a way to take the sleep mode off - my power button is not working to turn back on and after 2 hours it shuts off automatically and after 15mins it sleeps. I have to unplug and plug back in.  This is a new problem over this past 2 months.

TIA!

@Cmayer, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

To assist you better, What model printer are you using?

Which device are you trying to print from?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
