Product: Deskjet 3723
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I cleaned the printer as suggested and now the color quality is good. But still every third or fourth row is not printed at all or only half the row is printed.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

To assist you better, which application are you trying to print from?

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Have you tried printing from a different device and check if that works?

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
