COVID-19: Community support for issues with your home office or remote working and learning
Trying to print to my office jet 5740 printer using the app. Get error that I need to go into app and acknowledge in privacy and EURA. When I go to those in settings there is no accept to acknowledge??? Using my iPhone 10

I understand you have issues trying to print from your iOS device. To assist you better, I'd like to know the following-
Which App are you trying to print from?
Could you share the screenshot of the error message?
Have you tried using the AirPrint option to print?
While you answer the questions, I'd want you to try the following-
Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.
Also, try using the Airprint option to print. Refer to the document HP Printers - Printing from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch for help.
