Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

After trying everything suggested by software etc, the alignment page  was incomplete and  incorrect, and it was ignored by the scanner...HELP !  I'm age 84, and sinking FAST ! Thank you

your solution worked perfectly ! I followed all the instructions, but inserted a new black cartridge, and all was well. A color print copied perfectly. Thanks a million !  Sincerely.-  Nockneed --  - 

 

Today 25th June 2020, I came across a post of mine from 2019 (see above), and now when I used the SAME remedy as THEN, it's solved my problem again TODAY ! Yipee !  Thanks to all in the Community- - Nockneed- - -
