Good afternoon. Tell me please. The printer ran out of ink cartridges. Filled with liquid ink (included with the printer), they do not want to print. How can I set the printer to print with ink instead of ink cartridges?
In the store where I bought it, they said that the printer should be re-plucked in the service center. HP service center in Moscow refuses to service post-warranty equipment. I bought a printer and I want it to work in both modes, and not pay for what the manufacturers did not finish for the standard operation of the printer. What should I do now? Did I buy a printer in a store that is obviously faulty, that it needs to be re-plucked?
