Hi. Does anyone know why my printer is printing black? I have never had any kind of problem with my printer until this one thing

Hi @Jo1987

Welcome to the HP Support Community. To assist you better, I need to know the following:

  • Which version of iOS are you using?
  • Which application are you using to print?
  • Have you tried printing images in different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on the iOS device
