Product: HP Envy 5055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this printer 3 months or so ago it was printing fine I used it to print card. The last two times I printed with it, it has pink lines running through the picture like it is low in ink or one of the ink heads is blocked. Ink level says it is good. Does anyone know if there is a way of running a clean up for the ink heads or any idea what is wrong. No jams nothing it just started to print like this..
