Both colour and black ink cartridges have ink (as indicated on the display panel, but copies are blank and printing is also blank.
I have tried to access printer through a pc to run a clean, but cannot locate the WPS PIN as I cannot print.
1. how to locate WPS PIN when one cannot print
2 . how to resolve print/copy issue when there is ink in the cartridges

If the issue persists, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
