I have the HP 5055 and used it maybe a dozen times to print. The last time I printed was 2 weeks ago and it worked fine. I went to print yesterday and it is not printing the black ink. I checked ink levels, it was more than halfway full, replaced with a new authentic HP cartridge, it is still not printing. The tri color is printing and tests fine, but no black ink! Help, I have reset to factory, reinstalled wireless, cleaned cartage, print head. I am at a loss and quite frankly not happy as this is basically a new printer.
