I cannot see how to load A4 photo paper in this printer. There is an upper photo tray but this is only for smaller paper. If I put the photo paper in the main tray I get an out-ot-paper message when I try to print.

Any advice appreciated.

The problem (I eventually realised) was that I had put A4 photo paper inot the tray on top of ordinary paper - this seems to stop it printiing - as soon as I removed the ordinary paper it worked.

Hi @fuseman

Here is the link to the online manual for this printer model: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04762607

Skip to page 10 for instructions on how to load different paper sizes.

Hope this helps :generic:
