I haven't used my printer in a while and now when I go to printer the ink carriages cannot move. There is no blockages. I move yhe ink carriages from side to with my hands with know tissues. I have check everything, restarted the printer, and I keep getting the same message. The carriage cannot move, they appear to go half way and stop. I any can it would so helpful. Thank you

And if the issue still persists, this could be hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
