Hi . I have printer Hp deskjet f 2480 and a hp laptop with windows 10. I havent use the printer for 5 years and the laptop is new . When i put the usb cable in the laptop doesnt accept the device and it doesnt let me to do any activity. I have shut down the laptop i did an uptade ...nothing works .. maybe the printer was a waste of money 

I am so confused how does this happen ? 

Every idea will be very helpful

HP Recommended

Download the driver found in this link.

Unplug the USB cable from the computer.

Run the driver and follow the prompts.

You will also need to replace the both ink cartridges.
