Hi,

 

I have tried for a while now to print, but something´s wrong.

The printer says it´s a lot of ink left, at least 50%, but somehow the printing is VERY bad.

I tried pushing a cloth under the ink cartridges and press a little, and the color one showed some but the black was almost missing. But on the quality report print it´s a little bit of black and none of the colors.

Is there something to do? Is there something wring with the printer, or will it help with just new ink?

Replace the black ink to start.
