Dell Latitude

I own an HP Deskjet 3752, and am having issues with printing black ink. The coloured ink comes out clearly and bright while all text and black line work comes out smudged and blurry. I am receiving no "cartridge error" notification and the problem continued after changing ink cartridges.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
