I have tried everything listed in the chat rooms and can't find a solution. I'm frustrated and very upset. I never had issues with this printer until now.

Hello!
Out of nowhere, I got this message saying that the printheads are missing.

The printer is used on weekly basis at home, never had an issue. it has all ink cartridges new. I pulled them out and in, check to see if there was something weird there and nothing.

I unplugged twice, turned it on and off and nothing.

I ran that print doctor software and nothing.

@KansasMom,

Thanks for replying!

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
