Product: Printer ink jet 315
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Product warranty expired within 3 months of purchase. Please help me. I was in a trouble. I have been facing a problem in printer but can not repair it for that reason.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. To assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What is the issue you are facing with the printer?
  • The printer is entitled to have 1 year of warranty.
  • Where do you have the information that the warranty has expired?

product warranty expired within 3 months after purchasing it. i can not understand how it is possible. that is why i am unable to get the warranty facility from hp team. Please help me.printer invoice_1.jpg
