I purchased a new HP Officejet 5255 all in one printer on line today.
I replaced my old printer HP Office Jet 8610, because it's outdated and not manufactured any more.
I have (2) un-opened HP 951 and (1) HP 950XL. All three are un expired and in the original package.
I would like to exchange them for my new printers ink cartridges.
The customer service agent that sold me the printer said to contact you for replacement ink.
The new printer is due here in 3 to 5 days.
