Question Regarding HP Office Pro 3620 ability to use with 110-120V?

HP Office Pro 3620
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

I purchased a HP Office Pro 3620 (printer number CZ292A) for use in China and the universal adapter states the voltage is 200-240v. I'm moving to Japan where the voltage is 110-120v. I was curious if it's possible to swap out the universal adapter to one that's 100-240v or if that would cause my machine to blow...

Clearly this isn't my field of expertise.... many thanks in advance.

John

@JohnH0__0, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

According to the Power specifications of the printer, the Input voltage is 200 to 240 VAC (± 10%), 50/60 Hz (± 3Hz). Altering this is not advised which may harm the unit.

You may try this at your own discretion.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
