files of the rtf format are not printed via pc on windows 10 pro.

  1. Can you see the content in print preview?
  2. What will happen after clicking the print button? Is there any error message or will the application crash? Please share with us related screenshots of this symptom to help us understand your situation better.
  3. Can you print RTF file as PDF file?
