HP Recommended

I have taken both the black and colored ink cartridges out of my print. I have cleaned them both. with cotton swabs and water and I have let them sit out and dry for ten minutes before placing then back in there original spot. The black ink is still not print on the paper. please help.

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
