Hello,

I know it is a couple of years ago, but did you find a solution?

I've tried everything including virtual help.  My printer works with USB but BONJOUR the wireless is not picking up my new router SSID and password,  I cannot find anywhere via any system to change to the new Wifi details.  I did all the resets and updated software etc.   I did manage to reset printers and added the bonjour printer id again as I do have a named code.  Not sure where I got that.  It is listed as available but there is no location as it is not connected to the internet so throws an error.  In addition, I cannot seem to restore SETUP MODE on my photosmart C4580 printer.  The light is on all the time unless I disable Wifi.  All the lights are on but nobody is at home :).  As I said I can print ok with USB.  

 

Help anybody?
