Hi @Wakejt82,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are getting an ink system failure error message with the error code 0xc19a0023 on your HP Photosmart C6380 All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the nozzles of the printhead are clogged or the printhead is defective.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: 'Ink System Failure' or '0x ...' Error Code Displays

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Are you getting the same error message? Also, let us know the Printer name.

Thanks 🙂

If you're getting the same error message, please follow these steps:

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.

  1. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  3. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  4. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  5. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  6. NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
  7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  9. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

If the issue persists, please perform the remaining steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8710-all-in-one-printer-series/7902014/model/7... and https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8710-all-in-one-printer-series/7902014/model/7...

If the issue still persists, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team as this could be a hardware issue.
