MY HP OFFICE JET 4650 WON'T PRINT IN COLOR. I HAVE PRINTED A PRINT QUALITY DIAGNOSTIC PAGE AND THE COLORS SHOW BEAUTIFULLY. WHEN I TRY TO PRINT A DOCUMENT OR PICTURE, IT WILL ONLY PRINT B&W. i HAVE BEEN TROUGH ALL THE SETTINGS AND DO NOT SEE ANYTHING OUT OF LINE. JUST PUT IN A NEW (RECENTLY PURCHACED) COLOR CARTRIDGE.
ANY FURTHER SUGGESTIONS?

I would suggest going to Start, Control Panel, Devices and Printers, right click on the Officejet 4650 and select Remove Device. Next download the full featured driver from HP here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-4650-all-in-one-printer-seri...
Install the driver, then print something in color to verify the driver was the issue.
