My laptop is doing the same thing I have tried everything you have. I have and HP Officejet 8020 series and it was printing the other day but for some reason it won't print now

1) What's the operating system installed on the computer? 

2) Are you getting any error message while printing? 

3) Are you able to make a copy?

hello, the first thing i would try is to uninstall the software drivers that u installed with the printer. then try reinstalling them  and see if if will fix ur problem. it might work.
