HP Recommended

Just got my machine and had same problem.  HP troubleshooting site was non-functional.  Came to Forum and saw same problem others had.  Finally realized that the machine doesn't know you want to print a photo from the photo tray until you tell in to in the settings on the HP software.  Changed from general printing to photo from the photo tray and voila!
