I just bought a new OfficeJet Pro 8035 and it does the same thing on Quicken, the darn thing will not print a single check!  This is is preposterous!  Does anyone have a fix?  If I send this back, what commensurate printer should I buy that will work?

It is aggravating.  I'm still taping a single check to a  sheet of paper and printing.  I will never buy another HP, especially since I called them and asked them what printer would match what I had before.  Technology is supposed to  move forward not backwards.

What version of Windows are you using...10

What Version of Windows are you using?

Windows 10, same version I was using with the older printer and printing single checks

I am using Windows 7 so this problem seems to go across the whole spectrum of operating systems

I spent 2 hours on the phone with HP support, re-installing all the software and trying all different alternatives to correct this problem...finally the tech blamed it on Quicken?

I spent another 2.5 hours with Quicken...re-installing the whole program...different drivers.  He blamed it on HP?

So now my goose is cooked so if I cannot hear from HP in the next several days, i will send it back as I bought through Amazon (thank god).  I have spent about 12 hours in vain if I add up all the time removing the old printer software and doing the new software.  I hope that HP reads this and rescues me or this is my last HP.

I spent a whole day trying and calling HP and Intuit.  I was definitely a wasted day.  HP didn't care, this will definitely be the last HP product we purchase.  Last fall needed a new printer for a second location for work and went with Epson!  We all love it
