I am literally going crazy. I have tried everything HP has suggested AND SOME. Nothing is working and my scan doesn't even have that option. Thanks for throwing it out there...I'm getting tired of HP and all the problems I have run into with their printers and laptops.

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)
And which OS are you using this printer with? Does the copier work fine as a stand-alone device?
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
