HP Recommended

I using HP glossy paper seems the black ink is the problem. Tried printing in draft and the others letting it dry over night had a 6600 never had this problem now a 6975. Has the ink changed or the photo paper? Do we need heat to dry the ink? been printing photos for over 15 years first time for this problem. Wont be able to recommend HP printers anymore. Was making Photo ornaments going to be  late.

HP Recommended

The pigmented black ink is not compatible with glossy photo paper.  Make sure you select the proper paper type in the driver, this will cause the printer to use color inks to print the black areas.
