Solved!

Re-regionalize my HP Deskjet 3520 printer.

HP Deskjet 3520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help to re-regionalize my HP Deskjet 3520 printer.  All of the "Support" on the HP website points to the Virtual Agent, which is no help and says to post here...  I purchased the printer in Norway and have since moved to the USA.  Printer is out of warranty, so that may be why I can't get any real support information.  Any help would be appreciated...

@mjh7733, Welcome to HP Support COmmunity!

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Keep me posted.
