Keep getting this error when we're trying to print from our Apple devices. Have tried turning the printer off/on, unplugging etc. Still comes back.

I see that you get an error message when you try to print, I would like to know the following-
Is this an error message on Apple devices or your printer?
Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
Could you share the picture of the error message?
Meanwhile, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
