Deskjet 2677
macOS 10.14 Mojave

My recently bought Deskjet 2677 printer is not printing the whole page.

I printed a batch of documents and few of the pages only have a quarter or half printed on. Then I repeated printing the pages in a different file format thinking that the files may just be corrupted. Still, I got the pages with the same results.

Is there a quick solution for this without re-installing ?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Let us try making a standalone copy to check the hardware functionality of the printer, if copies work fine, it could be a driver issue. Reinstalling the drivers and using Airprint drivers may fix it, let us try these steps :

Step 1: Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

Step 2: Click the printer name, click the minus signhttps://support.hp.com/doc-images/161/c01861703.gif to delete the printer, click the plus signhttps://support.hp.com/doc-images/466/c03678294.gif, click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name and then continue to the next step.

Example of the Printers & Scanners window

Step 3: Click the Use or Print Using menu, and then select AirPrint or Secure Airprint to complete the setup.

Select AirPrint from the Use menu

Step 4: Try to print

Let me know how this goes.
