Product: Hp Officejet 3830

I have an Hp Officejet 3830 printer. I just refilled my ink cartridge and it says it's still empty. How can I fix this?

Refilling an ink cartridge is only a half of the job. The second half is to reset ink level depending on the cartridge you refilling. If you bought refill ink kit you should contact the seller how to reset if instructions are not included.
