I purchased this printer in USA and have only being using it in USA. However, one set of cartridge I purchased at Walmart few years ago had z20 region ink. Now I purchased new z10 region inks now, it will not let me print stating the ink is not intended for this printer. Because the printer is out of warranty I cannot get any support. Someone from HP tried to help me but in the end, I was told to contact HP Support in my region. Again, I have no way of contacting HP Support. Please help.

You actually can get warranty for inks. Please contact same phone number and tell them you are using warranty for inks, not printer. Please try

You actually can get warranty for inks. Please contact same phone number and tell them you are using warranty for inks, not printer. Please try
