Regionalization Reset

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 e-All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello.

I had purchased "HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 e-All-in-One Printer" in Dubai and now I moved on South Korea. I used HP cartridge 650 in Dubai, but I couldn't buy it anymore in Korea. They only sell HP cartridge 678 in Korea. I tried to use 678, but the printer does not recognize the new HP cartridge. I searched this problem on web and found the regionalization reset is the only solution.

I asked this problem to HP Korea and they said they cannot do it because I purchased it in Dubai. Also they didn't know about regionalization reset.

So can somebody help me to solve it?
