Jeet, I am having the same problem as below, however once I completed the steps I still get a message of "problem with ink cartridge" and it has the black oval symbol, which I think is the color cartridge #62. I have an HP ENVY 5660 printer. Unfortunately, I cannot print without another cartridge and would prefer not to have to go buy one at about $38. Please advise. Thanks, Chris

I have an HP ENVY 5544 and keep getting “remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed”. I’ve followed all your advice, hard reset cleaning the heads and I still can’t get it to work. I haven’t had any new cartridges sent in a very long time so wonder whether they need replacing?
