When trying to print something with color this morning, I was told to replace the color ink cartridges. I did. Then I kept getting the above message about 2 of the cartridges. I have removed, reinstalled, restarted, unplugged, and reinstalled the old cartridges. I am enrolled in Instant Ink (big mistake that I won't be repeating) so these are genuine HP products that I'm dealing with. Please let me know the correct fix action to get your ink cartridges to work in your printer. Thank you.

Which ink cartridges have the error?
Do the old ink cartridges also have the same error?
