I continue to get the remove and install indicated ink cartridge, error message . I have tried three different black and three different multi color cartridges to no avail. One thing I have noticed is there is black ink near and around the cartridge assembly. I have painstakingly cleaned this area and it still fails. I am in the Ink program if necessary however it would be nice to get at least one of these cartridges working. HELP!

Also, have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
